Cannot open file containing space in filename via bash

I used this command to open the png file \”Screenshot from 2019-01-04 22-03-22.png\”
/usr/bin/krita /home/allievo/Pictures/Screenshot from 2019-01-04 22-03-22.png
and got the following error
Error while opening png

You need to either escape the space with a backspace or have quotes around the filename. This is a bash thing, not a Krita problem.
